Ultrakanna publishes the UC comparison right on the label, which is genuinely helpful: same total alkaloids, same mesembrine floor, but the relaxing alkaloids redistributed toward mesembrenone. The company describes the result as a more relaxing experience than standard UC.

How To Take It
The recommended serving is 10 to 20mg; start at the bottom of that range with a milligram scale. Oral, sublingual, or brewed into tea, which trades slower onset for a session of up to two hours.
The standard kanna safety rules apply. Do not combine kanna with antidepressants or other prescription medications, and if you recently stopped such medication, wait several months first.
