What Stands Out
- They are blends. Every Sohi product pairs kanna with amino acids and caffeine. You are not taking kanna on its own.
- Kanna amount is stated, alkaloid content is not. Sohi lists milligrams of kanna extract but no total alkaloid percentage or profile, so you cannot compare the extract itself with standardized products.
- “Lab tested”, no certificate shown. The gummy pages say lab tested; we did not find a certificate of analysis on them.
- Label warning. Sohi’s gummy page says the product is not for anyone under 18, pregnant, nursing, or taking SSRIs or MAOIs.
- Occasion branding. Sohi markets its range for social occasions. That is the brand’s positioning, not our claim.
Sohi Gummies Vs Ultrakanna Gumdrops
| Sohi gummies | Ultrakanna Uplifting Gumdrops | |
|---|---|---|
| Kanna per piece | 30mg of extract (60mg per 2-gummy serving) | 50mg of extract |
| Total alkaloids published | No | 6.5% or more |
| Alkaloid profile published | No | Yes |
| Caffeine | 10mg per serving (green tea) | None listed |
| Other actives | L-tyrosine, L-theanine, B12 | None listed |
The practical difference: Ultrakanna publishes the alkaloid content and profile of its gumdrops, so you know which kanna you are getting, with no caffeine or amino acids in the mix. Sohi gives a kanna blend built around a set occasion. Ultrakanna figures from its product page, checked September 28, 2026.
